Typically, people put their houses on the market in the Spring months. It’s easier to move in the warm weather and people with families want to get settled before the start of the school year.  Houses and landscaping show better in the spring & summer. Moving is emotional, especially if it involves a major life change, such as divorce, death or a lost job.
